Greeters
Greeters typically serve in teams of two or three once a month on Sundays. Their main job is to greet everyone who comes through our doors and make them feel welcome! They also help ushers collect offering during the service. Greeters are asked to arrive 25 minutes prior to the start of service. If you like people, this is a great way to serve. We can adjust your service days to best suit your schedule.
Ushers typically serve once a month on Sundays in teams of two. They help ensure service elements are in place prior to service, hand out bulletins, collect offering, help dismiss the congregation for communion, and assist Pastor with baptisms. Ushers are asked to arrive 25 minutes prior to the start of service. Both men and women are welcome to serve as ushers. We can adjust your service days to best suit your schedule.
Ushers
Communion Assistants typically serve once a month in teams of three to assist the pastor with communion distribution. Assistants simply show up for service and come up during communion. This is a great way to serve the church with a minimal time commitment. We can adjust your service days to best suit your schedule.
Communion Assistants
Our Altar Guild teams are responsible for setting up the altars and communion elements each week. Setup will typically occur on Saturday afternoon and takes approximately one hour; cleanup will occur immediately following the conclusion of Sunday services for approximately a half hour. Altar Guild team members serve for a one month period during the year in teams of two or three.
