With Mrs. DuBois' recent retirement, I would like to introduce myself to you as your new Scrip coordinator. I’m excited to take this over and hopefully help build the program.
Our Scrip program is an easy way for Salem to earn money that goes into our scholarship fund. The scholarship fund helps students attend Salem who normally wouldn’t be able to due to financial reasons.
What most people don’t know about the Scrip program is that families can earn money, too! Through the Scrip program, you will purchase gift cards at face value. There are thousands of retailers available, including your favorite restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, and gas stations. Each gift card comes with a certain percentage back, and Salem splits that percentage with your family…each entity gets half! The rebate that your family earns is paid out to you in July through a check issued by Salem.
With Christmas coming up, it’s an easy way to start earning money. I will be submitting orders this month on Monday, December 3rd and Monday, December 17th.
All orders will be submitted by 9:00 am and should be available for pick up on the following Wednesday. For easy shopping, use this link for Shop with Scrip: www.shopwithscrip.com
