The purpose of the Parent Teacher League (PTL) is to promote Christian fellowship among the faculty, the parents, and the children of the school and support and enrich the school's programs.  As an auxiliary organization of Salem Lutheran Church and School, the PTL shares the Church's mission:  "The members of Salem desire to share Jesus' passion for people by communicating the good news of salvation to everyone we can, and building the passion of all who are members here."

 

The PTL has been very active in supporting and implementing numerous programs including Salem's exciting fine and performing arts programs, technology integration, classroom projects and facilities improvements.  Any parent or guardian of a child enrolled in Salem Lutheran School and all Salem Lutheran School teachers are considered members of the Salem Lutheran Parent Teacher League.
